Joe List’s Debut Documentary to Stream Exclusively on Punchup Live
“Tom Dustin: Portrait of a Comedian” Finds Home Following Successful Festival and Theatrical Run
Los Angeles, CA - Comedian Joe List announced that his debut documentary feature, Tom Dustin: Portrait of a Comedian, will be available exclusively on Punchup Live following its theatrical run.
List’s decision to take his debut documentary to Punchup Live underscores the platform’s rise as the go-to destination for comedians to share their work.

The 95-minute film made its world premiere at the 2024 Key West Film Festival and continued its festival run at the 2025 Sunscreen Film Festival. It went on to play in theaters in New York, Los Angeles, and other cities before heading exclusively to Punchup Live.
Shot over one weekend in Key West, Florida, Tom Dustin: Portrait of a Comedian is both very funny and deeply poignant. At its heart is veteran comedian and comedy club owner Tom Dustin, whose razor-sharp wit and unfiltered storytelling reveal not only his decades-long friendship with List but also candid reflections on depression, alcoholism, regret, and gratitude.
The documentary blends stand-up performances from Dustin and List with intimate moments of conversation, capturing the raw humor and humanity of a life in comedy, all set against the vibrant backdrop of Key West.
